The terms that govern your use of Rentistan and connect tenants with property owners and dealers across Pakistan.
By accessing or using rentistan.com (the "Service," "Rentistan," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Rentistan is not yet incorporated as a formally registered company. Until registration is complete, these Terms are offered by the team operating the platform; this section will be updated with the registered legal entity's name once incorporation is finalized.
Rentistan is an online marketplace that connects tenants searching for rental properties with property owners and dealers ("Property Managers") who list properties for rent, across Pakistan. Rentistan provides the platform, search tools, and communication features that let these parties find and contact each other.
Rentistan facilitates these connections but is not a party to any rental agreement, lease, or transaction between a tenant and a Property Manager.

Property Managers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the listings they post, including price, availability, photos, and property details. Rentistan does not independently verify, inspect, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
Rentistan reserves the right to remove any listing that appears fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms, at our discretion.
Rentistan is a platform that connects tenants and Property Managers. It does not own, manage, operate, or inspect any property listed on the Service, and is not a landlord, agent, or broker for any listed property.
Rentistan is not responsible for, and is not a party to, any rental agreement, lease, transaction, dispute, or communication between users. All arrangements — including viewings, agreements, payments, and the rental relationship itself — are made directly between the tenant and the Property Manager, at their own risk.
We strongly encourage all users to independently verify listings and the identity of the other party, visit properties in person before making any commitment or payment, and follow the safety guidance shown on property listing pages before entering into any agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentistan and its operating team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, income, or profit, arising from your use of the Service, any transaction or dispute between users, or any listing's accuracy. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Rentistan name, logo, branding, and the content, design, and functionality of the Service — excluding user-submitted content such as listings — are the property of Rentistan and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit, such as listing photos and descriptions, but grant Rentistan a license to display that content on the Service for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
Rentistan does not currently process any payments. Should paid features — such as featured listings — be introduced in the future, their use will be governed by separate, additional terms presented at that time, and payment processing will be handled by a secure, reputable third-party payment processor.
We may suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion, if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
