Rentistan was founded by a real estate professional with over 7 years of hands-on experience across Pakistan's property industry — from commercial sales to managing rental portfolios using international property management systems.
That experience made one thing clear: Pakistan's rental market was being underserved. Existing platforms were cluttered with sales listings, fees were high, and renters had no dedicated space to search. There was no simple, affordable, rental-only platform built for Pakistani tenants and landlords.
So we built one.
Began as a commercial property sales agent, helping investors and clients find the right opportunities.
Led inbound and outbound customer service teams across property development projects.
Spent 2.5+ years working with U.S. property management workflows, including lease handling, tenant relations, and AppFolio.
Combined local market knowledge with international best practices to build Pakistan's first dedicated rental marketplace.
